Reparo Studio provides video-production orchestration between a connected ChatGPT account and the user’s own configured video-generation provider account.

Data we process

Depending on how you use Reparo Studio, we may process account details, workspace and subscription information, project instructions, prompts, storyboards, reference images, generated media, production status, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Connected accounts

ChatGPT connects to Reparo Studio using OAuth. Reparo Studio does not require users to paste Reparo personal API tokens or video-provider credentials into ChatGPT. Provider credentials entered in Reparo Studio are stored encrypted server-side and are used only to perform user-requested production operations.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Reparo Studio stores Stripe identifiers and billing status required to manage subscriptions, but payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Reparo Studio.

How data is used

We use submitted content to provide requested production, store project history and outputs, enforce subscription limits, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not use a customer’s video-provider credential for another customer.

Sharing

Content may be transmitted to services necessary to fulfill the requested workflow, including the user-configured video-generation provider and Stripe for billing. Data may also be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate Reparo Studio.

Retention and deletion

Project and generated-media retention depends on your account and service configuration. You may contact support to request account or project deletion where applicable. Operational and billing records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations.

Security

Reparo Studio uses tenant isolation, server-side authorization, encrypted credential storage, signed media URLs, OAuth access controls, and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can disconnect Reparo Studio from ChatGPT, revoke Reparo API tokens, remove video-provider credentials, manage your Stripe subscription, and request deletion of eligible account data.
