Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Reparo Studio. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with applicable provider terms.

Service

Reparo Studio receives user-approved production instructions and assets, coordinates video-generation jobs with a user-configured provider, stores production state and outputs, and may assemble resulting media.

Your provider account

When using bring-your-own-key functionality, you are responsible for your provider account, usage charges, limits, and compliance with that provider’s terms. Reparo subscription fees are separate from third-party generation charges.

Your content

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit prompts, images, audio, trademarks, characters, or other content used in a production.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reparo Studio to violate law, infringe rights, compromise accounts, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or abuse connected services.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may renew automatically through Stripe until canceled. Features, limits, and prices may vary by plan. Third-party provider costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

Availability

Generation depends on third-party APIs and infrastructure. Jobs may be delayed, rate-limited, rejected, interrupted, or unavailable. Reparo Studio includes recovery mechanisms but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular creative result.

Account suspension

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud, security concerns, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You should review generated output before publishing or relying on it.
