Connection problems

If ChatGPT says Reparo is not connected, reconnect Reparo Studio through the app/plugin connection flow. Do not paste Reparo or video-provider secrets into a conversation.

AI provider setup

Connect or replace an Agnes token or Google Gemini API key inside Reparo Studio → AI Providers.

Free Trial and account eligibility

New Reparo accounts receive a 14-day Free Trial with no card required. The public ChatGPT plugin does not link or direct users to purchase digital subscriptions. Billing and plan management are handled independently when users sign in directly to Reparo Studio.

Production issues

Open Productions to review scene status, errors, retries, revisions and recovery checkpoints. Completed scenes are preserved when an interrupted production resumes.
